Frequently asked questions
Which files can I use for my design?
A vector file (SVG, EPS or PDF) is ideal: it stays perfectly sharp at any print size. We also accept PNG or JPG images, always in high resolution (300 dpi at actual size), and a logo on a transparent background gives the best result. If your file won't upload in the editor, email it to commandes@stickandtee.com and we'll take care of it.
How long do production and delivery take?
Production time is shown on each product page and starts once payment is received. Your parcel is then shipped by Colissimo with a tracking number.
Can I order a single item?
Yes, you can customize from a single piece. For a club, an association or large quantities, ask us for a quote.
I represent a club or a company, what should I do?
Send us your logo, the products you want and the quantities through the contact form. We can also create a dedicated shop page, as we did for ASF Hockey.
